The Paperback Version is ready at Lulu.com!
Our desire is to get this into as many hands as possible. One way to do that is this website. But as you know, nothing can beat the convenience of a real book to hand out to friends and family—or to leave in convenient places.
The printed version is a real perfect bound paperback from lulu.com. The cost is $6.36 (not including shipping and handling). We are not selling this book. If you cannot afford one at cost, we will give you a personal copy at no charge. If you would like to help others get a copy of this book, let us know. This is strictly a ministry and we are not doing this as a business. We want you to be blessed by this book, as we were.
You can get a copy at cost by going to this link at LuLu.com. The shipping from Lulu.com for one book is around $6.00—which is a bit high—bringing the price to around $12.00 (still not bad for a 258 pg. paperback). However, you'll get a better shipping price at Amazon (see "Stop The Presses!" below).
We ask that you do not resell these, as some are doing. However, if you do, they are still getting into the hands of people—and that's what we want. The lulu.com version will show up first in Google and Amazon searches, so it probably will not benefit you to attempt to sell these for more than the cost. These books are meant to be for ministry, not for profit and we have been asked by the author not to sell them.
Just fill out the form below if you cannot afford a copy (if you can afford to buy one, please don't ask for a free one).
Stop The Presses! Apparently, you can get a better deal on shipping from Amazon. Order at Amazon from this page. The book is still $6.36 at Amazon and the shipping for "Domestic Standard" is only $3.99 ($10.35 total). If you are ordering over 24 copies for ministry use, then you'll get a deep discount from LuLu.com.
For example: if you order 25 copies, your cost (including shipping) would be only $8.00 a book. This is a real bargain for a book like this to hand out as a ministry. Remember, get people to promise to read the book, and not leave it on their shelf. After they read it, encourage them to pass it around.
